Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
Returns & Damages
We offer a 30-day gallery guarantee. If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a full replacement or refund. Please photograph any damage immediately upon unpacking.
Original artworks are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. Prints may be returned within 30 days in original condition.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
